The Zapata Ranch is a 103,000 acre modern day working cattle and bison guest ranch. It is owned by The Nature Conservancy and managed through a one-of-a-kind partnership with Duke and Janet Phillips, second generation ranchers. Real life ranching is at the core of the programs that are offered at the Zapata Ranch.
