Chisholm Fork Beaumont Ranch is located on the historic Chisholm Trail. The two creeks running through the ranch mark the split of the famous trail as it runs to the southern portion of this big state. It is for this reason the ranch's little western town is named Chisholm Fork. The little village hosts most of the overnight accommodations on the ranch. Several small local merchants call Chisholm Fork home. The town echoes with the same quiet peace that ancestors enjoyed in 1880 Texas.
All the rooms in Chisholm Fork are decorated according to the person who would have occupied it in 1890 Texas. For example: The Weaver’s Room is located directly above the Weaver’s Shop. The weaver would have been a single woman and the room reflects her taste. Its walls are papered in the Arts and Crafts style. The airy bathroom has a Slipper claw foot tub and a pull chain toilet. The room has a small balcony.
